1.3. Creating an account, logging in, placing an order, depositing balance or using the API is considered full acceptance of this Agreement.

2. Parties

This Agreement is electronically concluded between APIOWNER.COM (“Service Provider”) and the User/Customer (“User”).

3. Nature of the Service

3.4. All services are intended for promotional/visibility purposes. No organic or permanent growth guarantee is provided.

4. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

4.1. Only individuals over 18 may register; users under 18 are not allowed.
4.2. The User must provide accurate registration information.
4.3. The User is solely responsible for account usage and security.
4.4. The User acknowledges that social media services are not officially approved by platform owners and accepts all associated risks.
4.5. Illegal usage, spam activity, abusive behavior, bot attacks, API flooding or any form of misconduct may result in permanent account suspension.

5. Orders, Delivery & Limitations

5.1. All orders placed on APIOWNER.COM are processed automatically and cannot be guaranteed refundable, unless explicitly stated.
5.2. APIOWNER.COM is not responsible for:

Algorithm changes

Account bans/suspensions

Drops

Action blocks

Platform limitations

Delays caused by the social media platform

5.3. Delivery speed and completion times are approximate.

6. Pricing, Payments & Balance

6.1. Prices may change depending on supply and system conditions.
6.2. Balance deposits are non-refundable, except in special cases where unused balance may be reviewed.
6.3. Payments made through third-party gateways fall under their responsibility.
6.4. Fraudulent payments will result in account termination and legal action where applicable.

7. Refund, Refill & Guarantee

7.1. Some services may include a refill guarantee as stated in the service description.
7.2. Refill is only available within the provider’s guarantee period.
7.3. No guarantee applies if the platform removes followers/likes due to its own policy changes or security filters.

8. API Usage Rules

8.1. The API may only be used responsibly and within rate limits.
8.2. Abuse, excessive requests, or scraping attempts will result in permanent API block.
8.3. The User is responsible for all API-generated orders.

9. Legal Disclaimer

9.1. APIOWNER.COM is not affiliated with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other platform.
9.2. The User accepts full legal responsibility for using the services.
9.3. APIOWNER.COM is not liable for:

Loss of income

Account bans

Platform penalties

Reputational damages

Third-party claims

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1. User data is not shared with third parties except where required by law.
10.2. APIOWNER.COM does not request social media passwords.
10.3. Data is stored solely for operational needs.

11. Unified Service Package (Special Billing Clause)

11.1. Regardless of quantity or type, all individual orders (followers, likes, views, comments, etc.) are considered part of a single integrated “Social Media Service Package.”
11.2. For invoicing purposes:

Each micro-order is not treated as a separate product.

All services appear as one combined Digital Marketing / Social Media Package.
11.3. By using the panel, the User expressly agrees to this billing method.

12. Registration Requirement & Binding Nature of Terms

12.1. Users cannot register or access any part of APIOWNER.COM without accepting these Terms.
12.2. During registration, users must check the box confirming acceptance; unchecked forms cannot proceed.
12.3. Account creation = legally binding electronic approval.
12.4. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates made to these Terms.

13. Modification of Terms

13.1. APIOWNER.COM may update these Terms at any time.
13.2. It is the User’s responsibility to review updates.
13.3. Updated Terms automatically apply to all existing users.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1. Parties shall first attempt informal resolution.
14.2. If unresolved, the courts located in the Service Provider's registered jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority.

15. Effective Date

These Terms become effective immediately upon signing up and using any service provided by APIOWNER.COM.
